I called Morgan on a Saturday afternoon when my mom’s car was stuck in her garage after the garage door wouldn’t open. It was already an old and rickety door and we tried fiddling with a spring to get her out, which only made it worse. It was a holiday weekend but Morgan still took the call and reviewed the video we sent and advised us not to touch anything else for our safety. We decided to wait for his next availability on Monday rather than ask for emergency in person support. He arrived first thing on Monday and had the issue solved very quickly; the door worked better than it had in years and my mom’s car was free. Morgan’s customer service and work was 100%! Highly recommend working with him.
