I was so impressed with Tek Overhead Door’s custom service! My garage door broke last night and I Googled garage door repair. I gave them a call this morning and he was able to come the same day! He didn’t have a problem with my two dogs barking & their interest in what he was doing in their territory. Both dogs settled down right away and were very comfortable with his presence. He talked through options for repairs with me, as well as spoke to my husband via phone as my husband wasn’t here when he arrived to look at the garage. He was able to get the repair done immediately with supplies on hand, it took less than an hour, and the price was very reasonable. He even offered that if we change our mind and want to replace the garage door in the next month he would take the cost for the repair off the new garage door! I look forward to the email he will be sending me for replacement options for when the time comes. I do appreciate that he didn’t pressure us in replacing. He wanted to make sure we were up and running immediately!
