Morgan was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! We called at the right time as he was about to pass through and re routed himself to Lake Crystal and was able to be here in 15 mins! He was very thorough, came and had the part on hand and was able to fix it right away the same day. I was fully expecting him to have to order it and wait a week! I was so happy that he was able to do it the same day! He got all our springs oiled up and did our hinges too! He was upfront about cost and I appreciate him telling me other options as well without feeling pressured or salesman like. But if we wanted to change or upgrade he would be happy to do it! I asked a TON of questions and he answered them all without making me feel like a pain or a bother! He also even fixed part of our garage door opener, as we had not put something in the right place and gave us extra space to get our cars in our garage! I needed a garage door repaired so I did a simple Google search and came across Morgan's company. Being a Veteran myself i wanted to support a fellow Veteran, so I called him this past Saturday at close to 5 o'clock and was surprised he answered. The repair I needed was not to pressing so I was able to work with his schedule and he was able to get to it the next day. Morgan is very knowledgeable and skilled and I highly recommend.

Both of our garage doors needed cable and tension repair. Received a recommendation for Tek and in two days they were repaired. Friendly, prompt, and reasonable pricing. We discussed the longevity of the doors and will be working with Tek again when we need to replace them.
