Here's a job we're really proud of. This raised ranch had two garage bays that needed a complete overhaul - and the homeowner wanted something that looked sharp while actually holding up to daily use. That's exactly what the AP138 delivers.

We went with two black AP138 overhead doors for this one. The raised panel design paired with the black finish works really well against brick exteriors - it adds contrast and makes the whole front of the home feel more intentional. It's one of those upgrades that people notice right away, even if they can't put their finger on exactly why the house looks better.

The interior setup is just as clean as the outside. Both openers are mounted and aligned properly, the hardware is tight, and the doors operate smoothly. When we do a dual-door installation like this, we make sure both sides get equal attention - same tension, same travel, same operation. Nothing worse than two doors that feel different from each other.

A lot of homeowners put off garage door replacement because it feels like a big project. In reality, it's one of the highest-return upgrades you can make to your home - both for function and for how the house looks from the street. Old, faded doors drag down the whole exterior. New ones do the opposite.

If your garage doors have seen better days, we do this kind of work every day. Full overhead door installation, opener setup, the whole thing - done right the first time.
